Shipping policy
We currently ship to all continental United States, except New York, New Jersey, Maryland, and Rhode Island. We do not offer international shipping.
If you purchase a Million Marker Fertility Kit that includes two tests, it is your responsibility to redeem the second test.
You will receive an email approximately 8–12 weeks after completing your first test with instructions on how to order your second test. It is your responsibility to follow the redemption process.
Please note that the second test will be subject to the same shipping policies as your original order.
Processing times
Orders are typically processed within 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. Any free shipping thresholds or promotional shipping offers will be shown on the website or at checkout.

Where tracking is available, customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once their order has shipped.
Incorrect addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details supplied by the customer.
Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather disruption, or other factors outside our control, but we will do our best to help where possible.
Lost or damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us at support@millionmarker.com within 5days of the expected delivery date.
